BANKING DETAILS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS (POLICIES)

1. Deposit Policy;

• A 50% deposit is required to start production.

• The remaining balance is due when the order is complete.

• Deposits are non-refubdable once the order has started.

2. Cancellation Policy;

• Order(s) cannot be canceled after the work has started.

• Order(s) cannot be changed or returned once the work is complete or delivered.

3. Delivery Policy;

• Deliveries are made upon order completion at a fee.

• Deliveries are made on favourable weather conditions.

• Collections are allowed on customers consent.

4. Other policies;

• We charge extras for alterations.

• Customized fee is charged per design.

• Site visit is charged at a fee per distance.

• Warranty/ Guaranty to frame work & foam is within 1 year (frame applicable to couches and bed base), (foam applicable to couches)

• Transportation for Goods returning under warranty or guaranty period is covered by the customer.
